Candidates apply for a suitable position in one of two ways:

Step 2: Receipt and screening of applications

HR receives applications, then selects candidates who can meet the job requirements and makes an appointment for an interview.

Note: Unsuitable candidates will be kept records and considered in the future.

Step 3: Interview

Round 1: Preliminary interview

HR team representatives meet candidates, conduct short interviews, find out general info such as personality, opinion, interests, ability to get along...

Round 2: Professional interview

The representative of the department to be recruited will be interviewed about:

  • Expertise: Work experience, previous projects in charge (if any), education level, training major, etc.
  • Case interview (depending on the situation) position) Representative will provide information: job description, job requirements and related information.

Note: During the interview, the candidate can ask the representative any related questions.

Through the interview rounds, the company will consider and evaluate more skills such as communication, individual work, team work, planning, work organization, problem solving, etc. information provided in the CV and determine the candidate's suitability.

HR will send interview results to the candidate's email within 3 - 10 working days (from the end of the interview).

Step 5: Probation for 2 months

Each candidate will have 2 months of work experience and working environment at BIN Corporation Group.

Step 6: Officially recruited

At the end of the probationary period, the head of the department will evaluate the candidate's working capacity and qualities (depending on the position). After that, the candidate will sign a long-term contract and become an official employee at BIN Corporation Group.
