Round 1: Preliminary interview HR team representatives meet candidates, conduct short interviews, find out general info such as personality, opinion, interests, ability to get along... Round 2: Professional interview The representative of the department to be recruited will be interviewed about: Note: During the interview, the candidate can ask the representative any related questions.
