A week after Shark Tank season 5 episode 11 aired (August 14, 2022), Shark investor Hung Anh and his associates BIN Corporation Group conducted an appraisal of A Chau English System (ACE) project.

A Chau English System currently has 20 branches with 12,245 students currently studying, concentrated in the districts and suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City (an increase of 245 students at the time of broadcast).

Sales in 2019 reached 116 billion VND, bringing profit of 35 billion VND. In 2020, sales of 88 billion VND, bridging profit of 13 billion VND. In 2021, sales reached 41 billion VND, negative 23 billion VND.

Particularly in the first seven months of 2022, sales reached more than 77 billion VND, profit 20 billion VND. The enterprise value after the audit reached more than 150 billion VND.

After completing the due diligence process (Due Diligence), accurate information, transparent data, BIN Corporation Group and A Chau English System agreed to conduct the first contract signing ceremony for contract investment and strategic cooperation.

Specifically, BIN Corporation Group invested 1 million USD for 12% of shares of A Chau English System. This capital will be used to launch six new branches across the country and upgrade the online teaching system, financial management application software, student management, monthly level test, professional level test, and improve student satisfaction, etc.
