Corporate Advisory Executive - Business Development

One IBC is a professional firm providing a full range of corporate management services including accounting, taxation and corporate secretarial. To meet our expansion needs, we are currently looking to recruit a proficient Business Development Executive to plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives for the Company and its related companies, for growth and expansion.

Job description:

• Able to develop and participate in viable marketing, positioning and sales strategies for the Company;
• Communication with prospects and leads to achieve client acquisitions (both written and oral);
• Liaise and strengthen relationships with clients, service partners and government statutory bodies/agencies; participate in industry and target market networking events and circles;
• Assist Management in developing and preparing presentation materials, and review corporate image and improve marketing materials for both print and web;
• Services covered full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients related to UK, Cyprus, Singapore, Hong Kong, Lithuania and other countries which One IBC provide services.
• Meeting clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements.
• Coordination with local providers, lawyer related services.
• Proactively finding strategic business partners and clients.
• Collaborating with Marketing department to achieve set business development objectives.
• Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirement

• General knowledge with Incorporation/Formation new company (any country in European).
• Good organization & coordinating skills. Good command of spoken & written English
• Proactive, will-do mindset & cooperative team player
• Fresh Graduate in Business Management/ Business Administrative is preferable
• Ability to pay attention to details, work to tight deadlines and multitasking.

Time and Work Space

• Work Location: Lvovo st. 25-702, LT-09320 Vilnius, Lithuania.
• Working Hours: Regular hours, Monday - Friday
• Dress Code: Formal Dress Code
