Meliwa recruits Telesales with the following requirements to meet the needs of expanding operations.
III. JOB DESCRIPTION
Tag skills: sales, telesales, communication, customer service
- Sales consulting through online channels such as the web, Facebook, e-commerce, Zalo, Mobile, etc.
- Closing orders and processing orders with sales software
- Customer care, customer complaint resolution, warranty return, etc.
- Find new customers, develop new customer sets
- Sales Livestream
IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Males and females aged 22-25
- Graduated from College or University in related fields
- 6 months of sales experience in the fields of consumer electronics and e-commerce.
- Clear, easy-to-hear voice. Good communication
- Good appearance
- Communication skills, handling complaints, handling situations quickly
- Requires practical experience.
- Honesty - Creativity - Efficiency - Dynamic.
