We are looking for candidates for the position of Online Sales Consultant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising and selling products through online channels such as websites, Facebook, e-commerce platforms, Zalo, and phone calls.
  • Closing deals and processing orders using sales software.
  • Taking care of customers, resolving customer complaints, handling returns, and warranty claims.
  • Finding new customers and expanding the customer base.
  • Conducting live sales streams.
  • Reporting market information, customer data, and proposing sales strategies to superiors.
  • Performing other tasks as required by superiors.


We expect candidates to meet the following requirements:

  • Male or female, aged 22 - 25.
  • Graduated from College or University in related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 months of sales experience in the consumer electronics industry and experience in online sales.
  • Clear and pleasant voice with good communication skills.
  • Attractive appearance.
  • Strong communication skills, quick problem-solving, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to take practical actions.
  • Honesty, creativity, efficiency, and dynamism.
